Bridal Show Giveaway — Official Terms and Conditions
1) Sponsor and Prize Provider
The giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by YYZ Travel Group (“Sponsor”). The prize is provided by Transat (“Prize Provider”). By entering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
2) Prize
One (1) prize: a CAD $1,000 Transat travel credit/certificate (the “Certificate”). The Certificate:
– Must be redeemed for travel completed by October 31, 2026. No extensions.
– Has no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred, sold, or substituted by the winner.
– Any unused value is forfeited and no refund or credit will be issued.
– Booking is subject to Transat product availability at time of reservation.
– If booking air only: valid on ECONOMY or CLUB Transat fares; not applicable to Webfares or Eco Fares with Air Transat.
– Transat strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance at time of reservation.
– All personal expenses are the winner’s responsibility.
– All travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) are the winner’s responsibility and must be obtained before departure.
– Transat may offer a comparable product only in the event of a program cancellation, Act of God, or other unforeseen circumstance.

Certificate redemption process: Once your booking is completed, email credit@transat.com with your file number and include the Certificate letter.
3) Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. One entry per person. Multiple entries under the same name and/or email may be disqualified. Employees, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, Prize Provider, and their affiliates, and members of their households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
4) Promotion Period and How to Enter
Enter by completing the show entry form during the Bridal Show period. No purchase necessary. Automated, bulk, or fraudulent submissions are prohibited and may result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or technical failures.
5) Winner Selection and Notification
A random draw will be conducted from all eligible entries. The selected entrant will be notified by email on September 15, 2025 (“Notification Date”). The selected entrant must respond within 24 hours of the Notification Date. If the selected entrant cannot be reached, is ineligible, or fails to respond in time, Sponsor may select an alternate entrant in its discretion. Sponsor may require the selected entrant to sign a declaration of eligibility/liability/publicity release as a condition of being confirmed as winner.
6) Marketing Consent and Privacy
By entering, you agree to receive marketing communications from YYZ Travel Group. You may unsubscribe at any time. Personal information will be used to administer the Promotion, contact entrants, award the prize, and for marketing as described. Sponsor will not sell entrants’ personal information. 7) Winner Responsibilities
The winner is solely responsible for all costs not expressly included with the Certificate, including but not limited to taxes, fees, surcharges, government-imposed charges, upgrades, insurance, transfers, baggage, resorts or hotels, meals, and incidentals. Travel dates are subject to availability and blackout periods may apply per Transat’s rules. The winner must book through the channels communicated by Sponsor/Transat and follow the redemption instructions above.
8) Publicity and Cooperation
By accepting the prize, the winner authorizes Sponsor to announce their first name and city and may be asked (not required as a condition of receiving the prize) to provide a short trip quote and/or photo for use in Sponsor’s marketing channels, without additional compensation or further permission, where lawful.
9) Limits of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Prize Provider, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for losses, injuries, claims, or damages of any kind arising out of participation in this Promotion or acceptance/use of the prize, including travel-related events and acts beyond their control (e.g., force majeure). Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, human errors, or any causes that compromise the integrity or operation of the Promotion.
10) General Conditions
Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion (including disqualifying any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or violates these Terms) if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor. No prize substitutions by the winner. If the Certificate is unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor may cancel the award; Transat’s separate right to provide a comparable product remains as outlined above.
11) Odds, Taxes, and Law
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The prize may have tax implications; winners are responsible for any applicable taxes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and any disputes shall be resolved in Toronto, Ontario.
